Lead Status

The Leads Screen displays a row for each lead/prospect that has been added to OAT. All leads/prospects will have a status of either:

  1. No Campaign: No Campaign has been assigned to the lead yet or the advisor and lead were Live Connected.
  2. Active: The lead has an ongoing campaign with remaining steps.
  3. New SMS: The lead has text messaged you, and you haven’t seen the text message yet.
  4. Responded: The lead has responded and their campaign automatically stopped. Either an email received, text received, incoming call, or a booked meeting.
  5. Stopped: You manually stopped the campaign. OAT doesn’t stop a prospect’s campaign unless they respond. If you connect with a lead on an outgoing call, and want their campaign to stop, you will need to click Stop Campaign on the Lead Details Screen.
  6. Finished: The lead’s campaign has finished, and the lead never responded. This status is also used when no campaign was ever assigned.
  7. Unsubscribed: The lead has unsubscribed via one of the Campaign emails. You cannot resume or assign a new campaign to the lead.
  8. Opted Out: The lead has opted out via a text message. You cannot resume or assign a new campaign to the lead.
