• If Email status is toggled OFF, Deft Sales will not allow emails to be sent
• If CRM status is toggled OFF, Deft Sales will not automatically create contacts in your CRM
• If SMS status is toggled OFF, Deft Sales will not allow text messages to be sent
• If Approval tracking is toggled OFF, Deft Sales will not track which of your Campaigns are approved by your compliance department

Ensure all features are turned ON on the Company Settings Screen
