Definition and Purpose: A campaign is a series of scheduled emails, text messages, and Next Calls (outreach calls). Campaigns include:
Campaign emails and text messages are automatically sent when scheduled. The Next Call steps are used to build a daily call list on the Next Call page - this provides the advisor with one spot to make their outreach calls. Campaigns automatically stop when a lead/prospect responds via call, text, email, or scheduled meeting. However, if you connect with a lead on an outgoing call through Deft and want their campaign to stop, you need to manually stop their campaign. The primary purpose of a campaign is to automate email outreach to prospects until they’re responsive.
