Choose your preferred time window for sending out scheduled emails and text messages. By default, campaign scheduling is set to send follow-up emails and text messages between the hours of 8 AM and 9 PM on weekdays only.
An immediate email will go out immediately when you receive a lead no matter what. An immediate text message will go out immediately if the lead lands in your inbox within the hours of 8 AM to 9 PM. If a lead arrives outside of these hours, the immediate text message will wait to send until the next day after 8 AM.
The TCPA (Telephone Consumer Protection Act) specifies that, “It is unlawful for any commercial telephone seller or salesperson to make a commercial telephone solicitation phone call before 8 a.m. or after 9 p.m. local time at the called person's location.”
