Inbox serves as a centralized, sales-oriented overview of all incoming interactions (such as emails, incoming calls, text messages, and scheduled meetings).
Access the Inbox Screen from the left navbar.
The inbox shows all the latest prospect responses including:
Clicking on the Lead’s Name will take you directly to its Details page.
To keep your inbox up to date, simply select the reviewed items and ‘Mark as read’ or click into Lead Details/email link. Note that this will update the ‘Lead Responses’ section of your Dashboard too!
Does your account have multiple Users? Turn on the toggle to ‘Show all users’ activities or turn it off to see just your own. You can also switch between ‘Unread only’ or all the responses received.
