Fast Call

You can Enable or Disable this functionality for a specific Lead Source or even per Lead Type on the Lead Sources Screen. See screenshot below.

The Fast Call feature lets you quickly call leads without having to keep a watchful eye on your inbox. You can set your Fast Call time window on the User Phone Settings Screen. The Fast Call feature is only active within the user-specified time window and within compliant TCPA hours.

Every time a new lead hits your inbox, your selected OAT phone number calls you, tells you the lead's name, where they are coming from - and if you press 1, OAT connects you with the lead.

OAT does not call the lead until you have picked up your phone and pressed 1 - this ensures you never call a lead unless you're on the line. Also, OAT lets you assign local phone numbers to each lead type, this way you are always calling each lead from a local number. If a lead calls you back, OAT forwards the call onto your call forwarding number.

With a teams account, you can set a backup caller to fast call if you are unavailable. If you aren't available, OAT will try to connect your backup caller on a call with the lead.

Next Call

The Next Call feature in OAT helps increase prospect conversion rate by allowing you to easily schedule and track follow-up calls for your drip campaigns. You can see all of the leads that need to be called, when they should be called, and what step in their campaign it is. To see calls scheduled for other team members, select another user from the dropdown. When you click ‘Call’, OAT will connect you and the prospect with your OAT phone number.
