Introduction

Filter your leads to customized lists that you can quickly refer to or export based on any attribute you’d like including status, tags, zip codes, and more.

Steps to Add/Remove Filtered Lists

Creating a Filtered List

1. Go to the Leads Screen

2. Click “Filter”

   • Click on the filter button on the leads screen.

   

3. Choose your parameters

   1. Tags, status, zipcode, etc..

4. Scroll down and click “Search” to pull all of the leads with that parameter

5. Click “Save” to save your filtered list.

6. Your filtered list is added on the left side panel under “Filtered Lead Lists.”

Rename / delete a Filtered List

1. Click on the “Filtered Lead Lists” tab
2. Click the “pencil” icon to edit the name of list.
3. Click delete or save.
4. Adding a Tag
   • Click on the "+” next to the lead’s name
   • Type in a new tag or select an existing one from the dropdown menu.
