Automatically add leads to your CRM
No more manual data entry. Our highly configurable CRM integrations ensure your prospects are stored correctly and automatically. Toggle this feature ON/OFF in the Company Settings. If CRM is toggled ON, leads will be automatically added to your CRM. If CRM is toggled OFF, leads can be added to your CRM with the click of a button.
1. Connect Your CRM
Begin integrating your CRM with OAT by navigating to the appropriate settings:
- Navigate to the CRM Settings Section: Access this section in OAT to start the CRM connection process.
- Click 'Connect to CRM': This option will lead you to the available CRM integration options.
- Select Your CRM from the Tabs: Choose the CRM you want integrate from the available options.

2. Create a CRM Configuration
Customize your CRM settings to align with your business needs:
- Navigate to the CRM Settings section in OAT.
- Ensure your CRM is connected to OAT.
- Click "Configure CRM".
- Define configuration details such as lead source, type, tags, and other relevant settings.
- Name your CRM configuration so it’s easily identifiable.
- Save your new configuration.
